Pamukkale, located in central Türkiye, is like a white terrace. Calcium carbonate-rich hot springs interact to form such a landscape. It is very irritating to walk on barefoot, but it is said to be good for blood circulation in the body. However, the unhealthy development of tourism resources in recent years has caused the natural features of Pamukkale to fade, and global warming is also accelerating the gradual erosion of the calcium carbonate-dominated landscape.

The uncle who has lived in Pamukkale for generations runs this mobile food truck selling local Turkish food. Different from the more popular kabab, he sells ground beef and mutton hot dogs made on site. Paired with fresh vegetables and homemade kimchi juice, the umami taste of the meat is instantly stimulated. At the same time, the uncle told me that pickle juice is also an appetizer drink that locals often drink.
Perhaps because of political reasons, Turkey has a bad relationship with NATO, and its relationship with China seems to be closer. The uncle's youngest daughter is learning Chinese, and he hopes that I will make a video with his youngest daughter to encourage her learning experience.
