The restaurant los caracoles, located in a small alley in Barcelona, has been making baked snails for hundreds of years. Diners shuttle among them, and traditional cooking methods are fully displayed in the open kitchen. Daring chefs even invite guests to observe their techniques. It is worth mentioning that the traditional Spanish paella does not use sky-high seafood, but stews rice by adding boiled seafood stock, and this restaurant offers two versions at the same time.
